Eskom has bad customer service

We have been having power outage for 2 weeks now in Protea Glen Ext 11 In Soweto.we phoned Eskom customer care and we where given a reference number and told our matter was gonna be fixed and our contact details where taken for notification.we past 3 days and phone again to follow up and we where told that our logged call was rejected because of 3 houses that are connected *******ly. 1.we where not notified about our call being rejected! 2.why does the entire area has to suffer for the 3 houses that are connected *******ly,we reported the matter so Eskom must deal with the *******ly connection and bring back electricity for the rest of us who are buying electricity.

Do we really have to protest and burn our malls in order for us to be heard? Because when we log complaints our complaints just be rejected like that.

Why do we have to suffer when we buy electricity? This is just not fair and I feel that Eskom is not taking our matter serious.
