Eskom & Government complaint

I speak on behalf on South African's. We pay for electricity at such expensive costs, but we have to sit with loadsheddings every day. Today for 6 and half hours in total. Our electrical equipment break, peoples houses are burned because of electricity failure restorerations. We are having so much losses, and Eskom and the Government is just "what ever" attitudes. What happened to human rights? In times of loadsheddings,smaller towns do not have water. This is a hygiene problem. I have send 6 emails already to Eskom and to our president, but not one of them even send an email back. I have send this in different languages, so that know one can say they did not understand Afrikaans or English. What is happening, South Africa provides Electricity to other countries: Mozambique, Lesotho, Swaziland, Namibia and Botswana which the citizens of South Africa have to pay for, but the citizens of South Africa have to be without electricity which is being paid for, WHY??? WHY NOT GIVE THOSE COUNTRIES WHOM GET ELECTRICITY FOR FREE LOADSHEDDINGS We have to pay Tax on every thing, what is happening with our money paid for Tax, electricity, water?????
