Eskom frustrations

I Tebogo Ko****o I'd no ***..residence at Protea North stand 124/10 gowenza street Soweto cell no *** ,has a serious problem with Eskom..Its been 3 months without electricity that I was paying for .A cable was cut while Vuma was working on our street to install WIFI .I'm the only one who doesn't have electricity. I tried reporting the matter several times but mot winning .I spoke to the manager at Eskom Midway Vusi Maphalala..I was told they need to secure a tender first to come fix pavements once they have attended /worked on the problem .I'm still waiting .Whenever I call him to make follow up he doesn't take my calls .I honestly don't know what to do or where to go especially because I am a loyal customer to Eskom with the bill that didn't make sense while other people have bridged the system but I still paid every month without fail .I'm logging this complaint with the hope of been help .Frustrated and tired .my email ads is tebogoko*******
