Eskom fock up

We have been without power for three weeks and eskom say they are sending a tech everyday but nobody cames out .Eksom is a fock up even the manager David Ockhuis is a fock up he dont return call or enquiries dont know wat he type of manager that dont call back or dont even answers calls
