Eskom fees payable for loadshedding hours

I would like to know if our monthly fees charged by eskom for services rendered are going to be refunded to us for the hours that you do NOT render services due to loadshedding!!!!! 2 -3 times a day up to 2 and a half hours at a time that gives you almost 5 - 7 hours a day and you still charge us a full months fees!!!! Not even talking about our electrical appliances damaged by the loadshedding. Electricity turned on and off!!!! Somewhere you willl have to respect the cunsumers rights!!!! What sbout the businesses???? The banks only opened at 12:30 yesterday and some businesses have you use generators and that coming out of their own pockets while still paying full monthly service fees to you.....how is that fair to the consumer or are you also *******????
