Eskom failure to render service.

Greenings We have been out of electricity for almost a week after our transformer was hit by a lightning ⚡ the hole area has electricity but us our section we have no electricity and when we call Eskom they say that the transformer has to be our problem they will fix after 3 months yet we don't have electricity and worse part we bought meat and now it's rotten cause of the service of Eskom we really need help.
