Eskom failure to keep promises

My grandmother has been struggling with her electricity for years but i did not understand untill i visited this past December. For years she has been promised a new cable from the pole as it seems there is a short circuit on the underground cable. The electricity cuts and comes every few minutes and we are afraid it will damage electronic gadgets. Its been doing that for a number of years and gets reported whereupon the guy who works the area comes and says he will come back and that's the last they see of him. Most recently he came on Monday last week and said he will return on Wednesday with an overhead cable, its almost a week now and no further action. Please attend to this as its inconvenience and scaring the old lady as she only stays with my frail uncle and being in the dark is not safe for them.
