Eskom Failure

This is a complaint from Ga-Mathabatha, Shushumela ( Boudutlulo). Our pole has been damaged by a lightning, the cables are no longer working. We have been without electricity for a long time and it has been more than two months now, we have called many times asking Eskom to send a technician and we even downloaded their Eskom app, we logged a service request as they said but still we got no response, we have been tracking and we even feel like Eskom is really playing with us and it doesn't even care about their customers, we even went to Ga-Nkwana offices and it seemed like they don't want to help us. We did everything they said we must do but still they don't want to send a technician. This is unacceptable. Why is there no response from Eskom to have this fixed?
