Eskom failure

My meter numb *** i stay in Snakepark /Doornkop, am a law abiding citizen, i buy electricity, but i have 4 weeks now been calling Eskom cause i dont have electricity at my house, i have send emails, i have escalated the matter to the Counselor, still no help.. I have 2 ref numb *** and *** to show that this thing its been long, when i call again they told me this ref jas expired they will log a fault. The whole month been calling asking for help.. Eric is the guy who runs aoweto Ward129 still he doeant want to help.. Can anyone helo me please, i wakeup at 3am to work bathing with cold water
