Eskom failure

Power outage happened on the 06/05/2024 at about 5am.I logged a call at about 13.40 the same day. Got a reference number. Called their call Centre, I spoke to more than 8 people each of them telling me about escalating the matter. Until today 10 houses in my area are still without power since the 6th of May 2024.I doubt if we still have people working for Eskom, although our taxes are constantly used to bail out this entity.
