Eskom fails us and our children!!!

I need your help with a persistent power outage issue in our community (Gcaba Crescent, Makhaza, Khayelitsha). Despite reporting the issue multiple times (Reference Number: ***, the problem persists. Some households are affected, while others are not. Our children are struggling to study for exams without electricity, and our elderly residents are struggling to access basic necessities like cooking and medication. Please help us get Eskom's attention to resolve this issue urgently. Over 25 households in this street are affected by this recurring disaster.
