Eskom (#Failedkom)

Today i would like to review Eskom whom i have now dubbed #Failedkom. As i live in Bishop Lavis the grid that we are on is constantly plagued with power outages when Eskom implements loading. As a paying customer and we dnt get electricity for free i am disgusted at the level of service from this entity. Yesterday we had load shedding from 4pm till 6pm. However when our electricity came backon line lo and behold 15mins later we our entire street had a power outage. With several calls be placed to the Eskom call centre which by the way is way up inJHB. And receiving no help whatsoever we were left in the dark with no mens to warm our food or even to assist a baby in my home with a bottle. The electricity only came back online at 11am this morning. We were more than 12 hours with electricity resulting in some of my perishable having to be dumped. I am seriously gatvol of this With call center consultants be rude and no help whatsoever. For a service that we pay for and mind you not a cheap service at All. You force us to say what so many are thinking During the past we never had this problem Why was the Athlone electricity supply depot closed down. Centralisation of the supply was the dumbest move ever. Its like my home running cables to the rest of my area and hoping nothing will break down. Hence the term #Failedkom. Can we please move to COCT then i will rather pay extra for a service that works. For this i rate you Eskom(#Failedkom) a 0%.
