Eskom excellent service from Karabo.

I have received excellent service from Karabo van Wyk from Eskom. She contacted us regularly when we had a power failure for more then 48 hours. She was compassionate, escalated the problem for us. Very friendly and efficient. Her supervisor is Me G Mabado.
