Eskom e****wa ext 19 electricity disconnected

Please assist us at e****wa ext 19 as eskom came and disconnect electricity for whole street when we call eskom they said we have bridge electricity all of us.the main reason for them to say so it's because they is ******* connection that is happening so for us we are struggling and we have prope electricity
