Eskom eskom eskom, isn't very helpful shame

Eskom is the pits, but then we've always know this. Even they have a reached a new low for their standards. We've been without power for almost 3 weeks now and we have been calling this whole time. The consultants keep telling us we've been approved and scheduled for assistance since the 14th. But Noone has come to assist yet. Every time we do a follow up, we've just been told the matter has been escalated to the supervisor in charge at the eskom TSC(Cape town Airport). The supervisor is supposedly going to contact us, for these 3 weeks we've also been waiting for "the call". I'm based in Marcus Garvey, Philippi, Cape Town.
