Eskom eskom

Hello my name is Clement mashaba form ivory park ext 8. We have a huge problem and eskom is not taking us serious last month we spent four weeks without electricity, reason being we have many ******* connection from our power supplier to our local informal settlements which courses our power supply to be heavy at time and at times its explodes and we have however addressed eskom of the problem but when ever they come here they disconnect our electricity instead of disconnecting the ******* connections so that our power supplier can function without any problems as we speak we had a loadshing yesteday and since yesteday it hasn't returned can u please help us hello Peter because we are customers to eskom and it seems like they are not taking needs serious.
