Eskom employees *******ion

I am a Cosmo City residence and fed up with eskom services from Lanceria every time there is something wrong with our electricit,they want payment before fixing anything from residents.The whole week we have been paying them and this has been going on for years now it's getting overboard. Plate number for one of them RSX637-GP. He stood there and demanded money or else he leaves without giving services.
