Eskom Elliot I need your attention

Our electricity at home was striked by lightning we called until we are tired now they never come to fix but when we ate calling they keep on promising to come it's over 6 months we do not have electricity Eskom employees who are working in Elliot in the Eastern Cape they are not doing their job
