Eskom .. electricity problem

We been out of electricity for 3 days now the box is damaged... everyday wgen we call Eskom these different stories .. the technician was there they found some tools .... or they will come back tomorrow.... or they meter we used to report with does buy electricity all the time.... excuses after excuses ....i have a small child at home ....its hard to do milk for him ... paraffin is not healthy for him ... i have no hope any with Eskom...how is it that some people in zone 1 next door has electricity n only few houses dont have ... this is bull**** ...when you call the call center they are rude as **** as if they own the world
