ESKOM ELECTRICITY FAULT FOR 2 WEEKS NO RESPONSE OR ASSISITANCE

I logged an electricity fault with cape town Eskom in the Western Cape Delft region for almost 2 weeks we still have not been assisted and no technician even came even after numerous escaltions and follow up I work from home andd still struggling with no power
