Eskom electricity blusts

Yesterday we had a scary and bad incident in our area . Our was electricity was blusted and burnt all the electrical appliances including the light bulbs( we don't have Tv's, fridges, stoves, microwaves and other electrical appliances . The electricity is on in our boxes but if we try to plug something , something else blusts and burns.

We've tried to call eskom but they didn't respond till today. We urgently need your help. My number is ***
