Eskom Electrical Connection

We have paid for an Eskom electrical connection in Langebaan in August 2022, we are still waiting for the installation as we do not get any feedback from Eskom, 6 months later. I have been dealing with Alexia Swarts and the only feedback i received is "Once I receive feedback, I will inform you accordingly" or "I followed up but have not yet received feedback" - it seems like the std answer for the lack of accountability. The house that we are building is weeks away from us of moving in, but we do not have any electricity. What do we do ESKOM????
