ESKOM ------ EDUCATE YOUR STAFF

i have send numerous emails and left message on the phone as they instructed but as yet no one phone me,, the eskom staff use 2 months the same carry forward reading and they did not see it ... maybe not qualified to work there.... only emails i recieved is the generic answer ....I NEED ANSWER ASAP.....
