It's been 2 weeks without electricity, yet every single day we contact Eskom. There's no excuse in the book we haven't heard from, "We are aware of the outage in your area; a technician has already been dispatched." (No technician was dispatched, by the way.) "We are aware of your fault and a technician will be dispatched during working hours.", "Our technicians are busy attending to multiple faults and will be attending to your fault soon after." to "According to our records this fault has already been attended to and cleared. Should your power still be off we suggest that you re-log this query." (Yet the fault isn't fixed. Did it magically fix itself?).
