Eskom doesn’t reply.

We have been without electricity for 3 days now, logged calls to Eskom, send emails, try to phone, and no one came back to us, we have small children and elderly people living on our block and Eskom just seem to not care. Our electricity went off on Tuesday morning already and we tried to get a hold of Eskom but with no luck. Seems like we’re going to be without electricity for weeks to come still, we need help please!
