Eskom doesn't give a damn about lower class citizens

Bad service and poor management. I have a complain regarding my street transformer, every two weeks it would trip and only my street would be left in the dark. We suffer load shedding and we suffer the transformer faults. The last time we spent a week with no electricity. Sometimes even 3 days. As I speak we have electricity since the 29th at about 20:00 up until today 31st now 08:35 we are in the dark. We phone we are told technicians are busy all over the region, why are we not prioritized day 3 not electricity I'm so passed off and we are tired of the same problem weeks after week this must come to an end no ways 😡😡😡 .
