All of these were logged for the same thing. None have been resolved. Each time you call, all they say is "well escalate". Meanwhile, my family and I have spent almost a week in the dark with a small baby.

There's a transformer that has exploded and not been attended to, posing a safety risk to the community.

Call center agents all have a different version of events and will tell you the technicians are on their way then when you call, ir told its 16:00 and they have knocked off. After being told when i called in the morning that they were dispatched and will finally be coming. Its day 5 now!
