I disconnected my elect on 10 Dec 2014. Still struggeling to get my credit balance and deposit back. Ref no***, L.M. van Rooyen, acc ***, plot 39 Lamontpark, Vanderbijlpark. Phoned on 12/2/15, 23/2/15, 4/3/15, 15/4/15, 14/5/15. Everyone I speak to say they will speak to there supervisor and get back to me asp, but no one comes back to me and I don't get my money.
