Eskom does not care about new born babies

<p>I have had a outage for 12 hours.... Eskom has promised to be here after 4 to 6hrs. And now I can't even make a warm bottle for my 3 weeks old baby. It's crazy... the service is shocking. They have no care to provide the basics to rate and tax payers. Shocking Eskom. You should be ashamed of how you treat customer queries and emergencies. </p>
