Eskom does not care about it clients.

I reported a fault yesterday (31/05/2020) that one of the cables was on fire and i was told that i must go and wait form them on the road near the pole with the cable that is banning. I waited for 2 hours and no one showed up, and i called them and they sad they will not be coming, but will on be coming morning and 8:00am the next day (01/06/200). No one showed up at 8 and I called them at 8:30 and was told that a technician was on his way and 11:00am still no one and i called them again. and was told the same thing "the technician is on his way". Why increase the price of electricity but the service is very poor.
