Eskom does not care about clients/non clients that could become clients in future

I have been living in Haddon, Jhb South, JHB Citypower Block 12 for 10 years, so I have no interest in receiving messages about Eskom pole numbers and Eskom problems. I have been receiving messages on my cellphone no *** since October 2021 because I'm not an Eskom client. I have contacted Eskom's call centre but have had NO luck in stopping these messages. It seems like Eskom is unwilling/unable to cancel these messages.
