Eskom does not attend to 1 week powercut query and gives the runaround

I am absolutely frustrated with Eskom, as if loadshedding was not enough, imagine sitting without electricity for one week straight! I have been calling this entity so many times and getting the runaround for the past week I am so defeated and can only think of taking legal action as I am being ignored by them whilst I had tried countless times to reach them for help to no avail up until now.
