Eskom does no want to help us with the transformer, that got damaged buy natural dissastor, its 32 days now

Good day Sr/Madam

Can you kindly please assist, I reside in Gauteng Mabopane Block B, We have been without electricity from the 20th October 2024. We have been logging calls to eskom, but we seem not to be getting any help at all, we have spoken to our Ward counseler Phumzile, but she seems not interested in helping us.

Can we please get help, our pole and transformer got damaged, due to natural dissastors, it was not stollen, but we seem to be not getting help at all. Our area has lots of elderly people, who drink medication, that needs to be refrigerated, that a big struggle, people are not working, they cannot afford to buy food everyday.

My child is asthmatic, he is using a machine, how does he survive without electricity? Areas around us are being helped, while we are waiting. What must we do?

Now how do we even check if our meters are registered or not before the 24th? Eskom keeps on giving us reference numbers, that they are not even attending to. This is very frustrating, we need help.

Please help us, we are begging.
