Eskom disrespecting Rural areas

I'm a resident of Nsuze Area, Ozwatini under Ndwedwe Municipality in KZN. We have no electricity since morning our food is getting spoiled and worse part is we cannot report crime to our nearest station as the lines are not working because of the electricity. Please help, the consultants at Eskom are dropping calls when we try to report the issue. This is a disgrace we are supposed to be happy with our families but we are facing such a challenge! Is Eskom disrespecting us because we are in the rural area, switching off electricity without even informing the community?
