I'm paying for my account but when I want to report fault it says my account cannot be verified yet I've bought R1500 electricity as from 16 November 2023. My account number that cannot be verified is 07t***6. Even yesterday I called them and a reference no is *** to report a fault. Get some people who are competent now it's been an hours waiting to report my fault but I'm still number 7.
