Eskom

I cannot believe that Eskom of all companies wouldd end any form of income. As a struggling business owner I have tried to arrange a payment plan for an outstanding amount on y electricity bill at my business but Eskom refuse to accept any terms. The amounting question does not even exceed 50k and I last made a payment of 34k in March.Unfortunately due to covid 19 I have been unable to pay monthly as I had to pay the staff on my payroll as I couldn't just leave 4 people without any form of income.The liquor industry has been hit hard but still I am willing to pay my dues.I am disgusted at Eskoms arrogance and down right unfairness.I have tried to come to res but they are not willing to accept any payment...how is that possible??? Can someone...anyone please assist me in this regard as I am willing to pay but they don't want to accept it....this is mind boggling to say the least...in these trying times I would imagine any type of income for any entity should be hailed as manna from heaven yet one of the entities struggling the most does not want their dues.....I am fed up and I need to let people know how Eskom wants us to pay but when we do want to they refuse payment....I know I might be one of many and that's why I chose this platform to grieve my situation..
