Eskom Cut My Electricity Without Notice

I am a first-time home-owner and moved into my recently purchased properly on September 1st. Unbeknowing to me, I had to apply for a move-in (I discovered this only 2 days ago). Without any notice and/or warning whatsoever, Eskom however cut off my power supply 5 days ago. I have been without power for 5 days! And despite several attempts to get this matter urgently resolved telephonically (as I had to travel for work amidst all of this), my property remains in darkness and at a high security risk, especially in my absence
