Eskom Customer Service it's a Joke

Eskom customer service it's a joke, For the past 3 days I was experiencing power outage and I have been calling almost 5times each day, I have reported one fault alsmost four times and all for reference number where rejection and one have been closed and told that my problem has been fixed 3 has been closed a with no reason found on system and without notification.the feedback you will get it's that please be at home technician is coming then later your ref has been closed or rejected, I have been kept waiting for technician at house for two days worse part of it same of agent they even hang up call on when making follow-ups,, These is really a joke,, I still don't have electricity using candle to studying no intenet for past three days. Still can't believe these such service is from such a big organization
