Eskom customer service Eastern Cape - pathetic service

We have not had power since Friday, 16th, people have been calling to no success. I have been on the call for almost 3 hrs, when get closer for the call to be attended to, they drop the call. I feel, this is very unreasonable, people's food have gone spoilt. No ipdate om the call I logged yesterday, 24hrs down the line.
