Eskom Customer Rights are for face value

I have been dealing with Eskom for the past two years and am extremely disappointed with the customer service. Eskom has taken away our right to free choice and violated the right to be treated fairly. its the only company that offers s source of electricity and does not care about their customers because they establish that we need them more than they need us and have decided to force they procedures and company rules on us. I have app**** for a prepaid for almost two years but till date I have not received what I requested instead they came and switch off my electricity without prior notice violating my right to e dealt with promptly and efficiently.
