Eskom customer (dis)service - pathetic

Eskom customer services centre - it looks like this facility (and concept) do not exist at Eskom. It is impossible to reach this facility on the contact tel number provided. The e-mail server just sends an automated "vanilla" response back. Who knows if any of the mails are ever read. This SOE is still going backwards. But hey, maybe another few execs can buy themselves Ferraris this year, on the back of tariff increases.
