Eskom customer care with absolutely NO care

I have NEVER experience such horrible service in my life. I have been calling for 4 days waiting for a technician to come assist . I have 5 different reference numbers every consultant tells me a different story. When I call to follow up on my request I was left on hold for more than 30 mins and 15 mins by another consultant. Till now no more has assisted instead I get sent smses with useless information. The solutions they are all giving me I have tried none of them work and when I tell them, they just leave me on hold. I have a sick father who is a pensioner who has been in the dark for days waiting for a technician because they said someone should be home.
