ESKOM CUSTOMER CARE??? JOKE

I am sure i am not alone - i have been batling 10 years to get my account sorted out - my "arrears" is running up. I send my meter readings to customer care, someone that does the capturing input the incorrect reading to the incorrect meter number. Now nobody knows how to fix it - i have been sending email, visiting their office in Rustenburg, called customer care - absolutely useless to say the least
