Eskom cruel to pensioners

My parents are both pensioner but they were treated like **** the agents that work for eskom treated them bad ,whereby one of them by the name of Antonette said all cruel things and how eskom doesn't cater for old people . My parents buy electricity and don't use a lot of electricity cause they pensioner but now they have blocked their account and said eskom will never help them cause they use too little electricity .
