Eskom continues to fail the citizens of Mabopane Block C

I am absolutely appalled and disgusted by the worst service received from Eskom in Pretoria. My mom has been without electricity for almost 3 weeks and she's on chronic medication. Together with her neighbours in Block C Mabopane had their electricity cut off without prior notice from neither Eskom nor City of Tshwane. My mom buys her electricity coupons legally and religiously and never defaults on any of her services despite being a pensioner. We have reported the issue to Eskom on numerous occasions via telephone, emails and smses and each time we've been promised that the technicians will be sent to resolve the problem, which hasn't materialsed. Eskom customer services is highly ***********. For once, Eskom please do your work. I want to tell the Group CEO of Eskom that his team is failing him.
