Eskom chowing our hard earned money but no service delivery

Protea Glen ext11 electricity has been shut down for a month now we've paid the fine requested by Eskom of R6500 but still no electricity it's beyond our control this simply means a black Christmas for us and the worst 2019 for the whole Lehele street residents
