Eskom change of meter boxes

Eskom changed my parents meter box to a new one over a year ago which had units. We've been querying the units so they can be credited to the new meter till today . Now we're being told that if it's over 4 months they're not going to help us of which my dad has been going to their Temba offices and not getting any joy.
