Eskom

We stay on a farm Northwest near Lichtenburg.On Fridaynight 28 Oct 2022 a fuse dropped at one phase at our pole due to lightning.Over the past 4 days we have report this minor problem which will take Eskom fieldworkers 5 minutes to fix numerous times without any attendance to the problem.All kind of excuses are used like they dont have people on standby or their overtime is full or they cant attend during weekends or they have only 2 people in the field the others are in training or they can only attend to problems on the mainline etc..etc.We stay on this farm Rietgat for 34 years and were always loyal payers to Eskom on time every month.Seems like when you are this loyal your not so much important to them .The worker who switch of for loadshedding is always on the second and yet his overtime never gets full however.We are struggeling without power and cant even get our water pumped.Seems like Eskom has a tendancee and is normal to sidestep or ignore individual problems,however their continuance of refusing to attend to minor promblems is highly unacceptable.
