Eskom car damaged my car 3 years still no compensation.

It's been 3years since my car was involved with a Eskom transport that drove into my car without help from their car fleet to pay the damages for my car. I was told under covit that some people are working from home so without any luck I was never contacted about my car damages and they really cost me a lot since it was the only car I have to transport me to work since am a shift worker. I still have all the accident report and a video clip of what happened that day and I need help so that the fleet of Eskom can fix my car.
