Eskom - Cape Town - Elderly without power for 3 days now!!

Our complex - Villa Du Cup Heron Waters Table View, with over 100 units, have been without power for the 3rd day. No feedback - no response to our ticket logged. No urgency from Eskom - EVER!!!!

This is ridiculous to say the least. We have elderly staying in the the complex that have lost most of their food due to fridges that have been without power for 3 days. Who is going to compensate them for their loss???

Our ward Councilor even came around yesterday to drop some hot soup for the elderly.....but where is Eskom?? A no show as usual.

I moved to Cape Town from KZN as the service is better here. It's a better place to raise my kids!!! But clearly Eskom branch in Cape Town does not work to the same high standards as the rest of Cape Town.

WE NEED ANSWERS!!!!

We pay a **** load of money every month towards our electricity...the least you can do is respond to our emergency!!!
